First look inside Derby’s new town center bar

New photos have given punters their first glimpse of a new sports bar now open in Derby city centre. Run by Derby Brewing, The Clubhouse opened in the former premises of Las Iguanas restaurant in Friar Gate on Thursday 23rd June.

It’s up and running just in time for tennis fans as Wimbledon kicks off today. There are 16 TV screens inside, so plenty are available for those hoping to watch Britain hopefuls Emma Raducanu and Andy Murray in action.

Cricket fans can watch England’s final day of Test against New Zealand today, as well as fixtures with India and South Africa over the coming weeks. The town’s family-run brewpub will also be looking to attract Rams fans when Derby County’s League One campaign kicks off later this summer.
