Resort-style Lewin Lane mansions built for the twin brothers are on the market

The Lewin Lane mansions built for the twin brothers have just hit the market together. Located in Fort Lauderdale, these two side-by-side French country style properties face each other and span over 11 acres of lush grounds. The only thing that separates them is an artificial lake.

Robert Lewin, his wife and four daughters live on the largest property at 130000 Lewin Lane. It spans nearly 17,000 square feet and features open-air space. The mansion features seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a guest house, a staff bedroom, and two half baths. On the other side, twin brother Harley and his two sons live in a small 14,485 square foot residence set in 3.6 acres of land. It has five bedrooms and six full bathrooms.

Designed by architect Jeffrey Dungan, the two Lewin Lane mansions both feature neutral designs by Josh Fein of Fein Zalkin Interiors. The largest house features a progression of soaring rooms adorned with limestone floors, a bespoke stone staircase and French oak ceilings. A large double height room leads to an outdoor seating area by the pool.

The largest house also has a dining room that can accommodate up to 18 people. It also has a theater, office space, an outdoor kitchen, two separate three-car garages and a Generac generator. The modern kitchen features golden Calcatta marble countertops and custom oak wood cabinetry. The kitchen is also equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a Wolf gas range and Sub-Zero refrigerator.

Meanwhile, the smaller Lewin Lane mansion has a dining room that seats 20 and a large fish tank that separates the living and dining areas, with a kitchen equipped with Sub-Zero wine coolers. Outside, an infinity pool, a covered patio, a games room and a garage for four cars.
